Lou and his team do a wonderful job. They just worked on a large project for me: 2 floors of trex decking, cable rail, and a staircase. Multiple neighbors in the community admired the work and were asking about working with Decks Unique They worked fast, and didn’t sacrifice the quality of work in the process. Their combination of fair pricing, quickness of work, quality of work, and customer service is a model to follow. I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else after working with Lou, and I highly recommend Decks Unique.

Outstanding Job!! These guys were in and out in 2.5 days. Total deck renovation . They didn’t even leave a nail behind. The clean up was great. We were so impressed by the experience from Kyriel in the office to the boss and his workers on the job. The price came in thousands cheaper than anyone else. We got our dream deck and will recommend Decks Unique to everyone!!

My previous wooden deck leading down from the kitchen to the backyard was in pretty bad shape. I got a few estimates for a replacement Trex deck, and Decks Unique definitely had the best customer service and pricing.

Their communication is top-notch, from the estimates to the demolition and build process. I knew I was in good hands when Jason sent over sketches of the future deck with detailed measurements. This shows that the company takes excellent notes on the job and sketches out the details so there are no surprises when the build starts. They were exactly on-time for the estimate, demo, and build (to the minute).

We used Decks Unique based on a friend’s recommendation (great referral program for the customer referring you). We didn’t shop anywhere else. Jason came to the house and was super helpful. He provided us with all possible options to redo our elevated deck. A week or so later we visited the showroom and once again was met with a knowledgeable and helpful employee ( I cannot spell her name but she was awesome). The day of the job, Manny and his crew came on time and finished our project in one day. It looks great - wish we didn’t wait this long to replace our old wood deck for Treks. What a difference - thank you Decks Unique.

Decks Unique once again did an unbelievable job on my deck. They first built my deck about 25 years ago out of wood and now I upgraded to Trex. Having been in business for almost 40 years, there is no better company on Long Island to use for your decking needs than Decks Unique. They come back when needed over the years and have always had outstanding customer service thanks to Lou the owner who has owned the company since inception. He is always the same nice guy but just a few more grey hairs as the years have gone by which proves his experience is second to none. Call them if you are considering a deck as there is no one better on the island.

Our deck was wood and needed a paint job all the time. I received two consults and Jason’s rate was way more affordable. Communication was great and the team arrived at 730am and they were done by 1230pm. Couldn’t believe how fast they were. They not only replaced the wood with trex but also extended the deck, replaced balcony and added wrap around stairs. Super happy ! Highly recommended
